 Odisha Police Recruitment Eligibility Details

• Applicants must have completed or passed Class 10+2 or Equivalent in Science with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics or Electronics or Statistics or Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognised Board / University or by Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha OR must have passed Diploma course in Engineering subjects approved/offered by State Council for Technical Education & Vocational Training, Odisha or by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) / University Grant Commission.

General Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must be a citizen of India with a good moral and character. 
• He / She must be free from any organic defect and body infirmity & should posses a good physique and health.
• He / She must not have more than one spouse living & should be well equipped with Odia speaking and writing; also Must have passed Odia as one of the subjects in the High School Certificate Examinations or an examination in Odia language equivalent to ME standard recognised or conducted by the School and Mass Education Department of Government of Odisha.
• He / She must not have been convicted for any criminal offence.

• The Selection will be based on Physical Efficiency Test, Computer Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE), and weightage marks in NCC certificate.
